Chefs and Sous Chefs

Are you a leader?

As a manager in the kitchen, your most important task is to lead, structure and distribute the resources in the kitchen, so that you and your kitchen team together can give our guests a complete dining experience out of the ordinary.

Your opportunity for influence and co-determination is almost endless, and you can help put your personal stamp on the kitchen. You get to have a hand in everything, and in addition to cooking, the tasks will also consist of cleaning, meetings, ordering goods, planning the menu and various other exciting tasks.

The working hours are 37 hours per week and we expect you to be a trained chef with experience from either a hotel, restaurant or catering. You must also be able to handle tasks such as shift planning, management of kitchen staff, ordering and receiving goods, support and operational service (option for both lunch and dinner).

Cook

Are you creative and quality conscious?

As part of the kitchen team, your most important task is to give our guests a dining experience through passion, quality, skill and finesse.

As a cook, you will be employed full-time or part-time. Regardless of which of our restaurants you want to work at, you will end up in a kitchen with a focus on quality, where the food is created from seasonal and local ingredients.

You will be part of an amazing kitchen team who complement each other every day with amazing food, exceptional service and bad jokes. You get the opportunity to put your own stamp on the menu, so you must also be in touch with your creative side - both good and bad ideas are welcomed with open arms.

We expect you to be a trained chef, preferably with experience from either a hotel, restaurant or catering.
Cooking must be more than just an interest – it must be your passion, which the guest should also be able to taste.

Waiter

Are you passionate about giving your guests an unforgettable experience?
As a waiter, your most important task is to ensure that our guests have a wonderful restaurant experience and that nothing is missing during their visit.

We attach great importance to our guests' experience with us, while at the same time striving for a good, healthy and educational working environment.

As a waiter, you will experience flexible working hours, usually between 3pm and 2am.

We are lucky enough to be part of an industry in strong development, which means that everyday life is hectic, filled with various exciting tasks, in addition to expansions of the restaurant company and the team. Therefore, it is extremely important that you thrive in change processes and can navigate dynamics and change with a stable and positive mood.

We expect you to have some or good experience and knowledge of the restaurant industry, but the most important thing is that you are a happy, outgoing, present and smiling person towards guests as well as colleagues.

Kitchen assistants

Do you like to cook?
As a kitchen assistant, your most important task is to help and assist where needed, so that you, together with the rest of the kitchen team, can give our guests an extraordinary dining experience.

As a kitchen assistant, you will be a part-time employee. We emphasize a good mood and commitment, and we'd rather have you WANT - then we'll make sure you CAN. As a kitchen assistant, you help the chefs prepare fantastic food for the guests.

We expect you to be a team player with a high work pace and also face all kinds of challenges with a positive attitude. It is important that you enjoy being busy, have a good overview and always have a smile on your face.
In addition, we want you to have a natural interest in food and drink. If you have experience in either hotels, restaurants or catering, that is a plus.

Runner / dishwasher

The job of runner / dishwasher is absolutely essential for a successful and smooth service! It is you who make it possible for both the kitchen and waiter team to prepare the food and deliver the service and quality that we value so highly.

As a runner/dishwasher, we promise you a fast-paced everyday life. Your most important tasks are washing up cutlery, pots and machines, and at the same time ensuring that both the dishwashing and service areas are tidy and clean.

This is a part-time position. Previous experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
