Black Tiger shrimp, mixed with Japanese mayo & mild chilli. Served on a crispy senbei cracker with pickled wasabi.

Baked miso-marinated cod with salted almonds, hokkaido-yuzu purée & aromatic herbs.

Japanese inspired potato in crunchy tempura. Served with salted plum mayo.

Thinly sliced tuna, with ponzu-yuzu soy sauce. Served with fresh radish & sakura herbs.

Steamed bao with filling of hoisin caramelized duck confit. Served with pickled onion & crunchy spring onion.

Thai tom-yam soup based on coconut cream, kaffir lime leaves & galanga. Served with oyster mushrooms & fresh chilli.

Slow-cooked juicy pork belly with Thai herbs, glazed in Keyser's BBQ-sauce. Topped with fresh spring onion & lemongrass/kaffir lime oil.

Everything you see on the different menus becomes part of the dinner. You will therefore not have to choose between the different servings - but look forward to tasting them all! We guarantee plenty of food and a variety of taste impressions for every taste.
