Behind DiningSix

DiningSix was founded in 2010, when five friends from Jutland got the opportunity to run a cafe in Aarhus called Slap Af. Since then, a lot has happened. In 2014, the group of friends had the opportunity to open their first restaurant, when they opened the doors to KöD Aarhus.

This was the start of a journey with a focus on good restaurant experiences. In 2017, with the opening of restaurant number four, DiningSix was established as an operating company. Today, the company is behind several concepts distributed across Denmark, Norway and England.

Sandra Marquardsen

Sandra Marquardsen is CEO and partner in DiningSix. She started her career as a lawyer, but chose to leave the law to follow her dream of becoming an independent restaurateur. From a small café in Aarhus, she has helped build up a successful business in several countries.

Managing Partner Norway

Lasse Horn

Lasse Horn is Managing Partner for DiningSix in Norway and has been a key person in the company's expansion in the Norwegian market. He moved to Norway in connection with the opening of the first KöD restaurant in Oslo and has since led the establishment of several of DiningSix's concepts in the country. Under his leadership, DiningSix has experienced significant growth in Norway.
