TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DININGSIX NORWAY – EVENTS, DEPOSITS AND GIFT CARDS (ONLINE ORDERS)

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of services and products related to events, deposits and gift cards via the websites of the following companies and restaurants in the DiningSix Norway group (hereinafter collectively referred to as "DiningSix Norway", "we", "us"):

These terms and conditions apply only for orders made via the respective websites of the above-mentioned companies/restaurants. These terms and conditions apply not for regular table reservations without prepayment.

1. Contact information

Contact information for each restaurant/company can be found on their respective websites.

2. Booking and Confirmation (Arrangements and Deposit)
   

• Event bookings and/or deposit payments toast is done via the relevant restaurant/company website.
• An order confirmation/agreement will be sent automatically via email after the order has been placed and payment has been registered. Please ensure you provide a correct email address. This confirmation will contain details of the event, date, time, number of guests (if applicable), price, and payment terms.

3. Purchase and Use of Gift Cards

• Gift cards can only purchased via the respective websites.
• Terms and conditions for gift cards, including validity period, will always appear on the gift card.
• Gift cards can be used as a means of payment for food, drinks, events and at the relevant DiningSix Norway locations, according to the terms and conditions on the gift card.
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Remaining amounts on gift cards are not paid out in cash, but can be used on subsequent visits within the validity period, unless otherwise specified on the gift card.

4. Payment (Events, Deposit and Gift Vouchers)

• Payment for events, deposits and gift cards is made online via the respective websites, and can be made with Visa, Mastercard, Vipps, or other relevant Norwegian payment solutions that are accepted.
• Payment deadlines and terms for arrangements and deposits will be stated in the order confirmation/agreement.
• When purchasing a gift card, the full amount is paid at the time of ordering.
• All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include value added tax (VAT).

5. Cancellation/Change of Event

• There is NO general right of withdrawal on purchases of catering services (including events) in Norway.
• Terms and conditions for cancellation and change of events, including any fees and deadlines, will be specified in the order confirmation/agreement which is sent upon ordering. It is therefore not necessary to have general cancellation policies in these terms and conditions.

6. Complaints

• If there are any errors or omissions with the event or gift card, please contact the relevant company/restaurant. immediately and at the latest within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the error. Contact information can be found on the respective website.
• Complaints are processed in accordance with Norwegian law.

7. Privacy

• We process your personal data in accordance with Norwegian data protection legislation and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). See our privacy policy, which will always be available on the respective websites, for more information about how we process your information. We only store the information necessary to process your order, and do not share the information with unauthorized parties.

8. Responsibility

• The individual DiningSix Norway company is responsible for delivering the event in accordance with the agreement.
• DiningSix Norway is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), such as extreme weather, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

9. Changes to the Terms of Trade

• DiningSix Norway reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. The most recent and current terms and conditions will be available on the respective websites of the companies/restaurants.

10. Dispute Resolution and Choice of Law

• These terms and conditions are subject to Norwegian law.
• Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be brought before the ordinary Norwegian courts. Consumers may also complain to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (www.forbrukertilsynet.no) or via the Norwegian Consumer Council's website.

11. Reservations

• We reserve the right to make corrections, price changes, and changes in event details, which will be updated on the respective websites.
