At Basso we take our guests on a longer taste journey with a social dining experience consisting of 13 & 10 courses respectively. Here you as a guest have the opportunity to have several different taste experiences during a shared dinner. Our social dining menu changes according to the season but is always strongly inspired by Italian cuisine. With a natural respect for our Danish roots and ingredients, the menu gets a Nordic twist; at Basso we use the Nordic's delicious ingredients, when we are inspired by the Italian food culture.

Every Sunday we invite you to our wonderful flavor universe we call Sunday Tasting. Here, our skilled chefs get to experiment and create wonderful new dishes. So you can look forward to a new surprise every Sunday consisting of unique dishes. All you have to do is sit back and let our chefs and waiters guide you through the experience. For our Sunday Tasting, there is a special focus on your special taste experience, as we regularly take notes and engage in dialogue with the kitchen. In this way, our Sunday Tasting is constantly improved so that it is just right for you.

THE PRACTICAL
At Basso Social in Bergen, we have room for 100 guests. When you enter the restaurant, the first thing you see is our beautiful bar with barstools. To the left is the spacious dining area with many options for both larger and smaller parties. If you want more privacy, we have two sections that can be decorated with curtains. Here there is room for 20 guests in each.
