DiningSix A/S (hereinafter referred to as D6) handles all personal information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. This privacy policy has been established to meet the need for protection and proper treatment of the personal data we receive.

What personal data do we collect and process?

D6 requires several personal data to be able to cooperate with you and/or your company, maintain service of the customer relationship, and market products and services. Certain information is also collected and processed after legal requirements in accordance with anti-money laundering and accounting legislation.

When a guest orders and purchases one or more of D6’s services and provides personal information to D6 as part of this, the guest also gives consent that the guest’s personal information may subsequently be processed by D6.

The following personal data may be collected and processed when you choose to receive newsletters and articles from us, or when you buy gift cards, make agreements about reservations in the company’s restaurants or buy catering for delivery to a company or private address:
